LATONIA, Ky., June 14. — It was understood here that Lester Dean will be engaged to do the starting during the first four days of the Raceiand meeting when William .Snyder, the starter for the meeting, will be at Fairmount J ark. Snyder will take op the work on July 9. AV. Hondas will serve as racing secretary for the first four days of the same meeting. Browne 11 Berryman being at Fairmount at that time.
