The letter improved his position steadily and made a game finish. TWELVE THIRTY raced close up all the way and ran a good race. HOBSON began slowly, but saved ground when entering the stretch when the leaders swung wide and closed a big gap. I.A VESTALE showed early speed. GOLD BELLS tired in the stretch.
