GRANT CANADIAN LICENSES MONTREAL, Que., June 19. — At a meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations, held in the clubhouse at Blue Bonnets Monday, many applications for licenses from jockeys and trainers were passed on. The meeting was attended by W. P. Fraser, G. M. Hendrie. H. J. Mclntyre, John F. Madigin, Ered Richards and Commander J. K. L. Ross. Trainers licenses were granted to C. Fer-raro and Paul B. Todd. Among the new riders passed on were D. Bird, R. Hemslein, E. Kummer, J. Paz, W. Partington, J. D. Smith, G. Cowan and R. Fischer. Ttffl horse Gnome II. was restored to good standing, his ownership having been straight-| encd out.
