REFUSE 50000 OFFER LEXINGTON Ky May 4 An offer of 50000 has been turned down by P A and R J Nash and J B Partridge owners of the Valley Lake Stable for their crack two yearold High Foot a son of Prince Pal Belle Fair by High Time according to an ¬ nouncement made this morning by Jesse Spencer the well known horseman who de ¬ veloped the youngster The offer is said to have been made by a representative of the Dixiana Stable of Charles T Fisher and Admiral Gary T Grayson although con ¬ firmation of this was not possible here this afternoon Spencer yesterday turned the youngster over to Partridge who trains the Valley Lake Stable and there was much disappointment when the colt was withdrawn from the Idle Hour Stakes Saturday He had become a big favorite here through his brilliant winning race and fast trials He was shipped to Churchill Downs Saturday morning
