v THE CHOCTAW ENTERED CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 31.— Nominations for the Ohio State Derby continue to arrive. Those received today by Julius Reeder, racing secretary, included the Audley Farms The Choctaw and Oui Monsieur. R. T. Wilson, Jr., named African and Chatover. J. J. Nes-bitt entered Von Dike and Lady Guinvere. W. Knapp nominated Upset Lad. Entries close tomorrow and the 2,000 feature will be run at Bainbridge Park, June 22. ,
