ULTIMATE VOTE, awav well, raced prominently to the stretch, where he forged into the lead •nd, going gamely, held TOP KICK safe when the latter came with a rush. TOP KICK was in tight quarters dining the early stages and had to race wide in the stretch run, but finished with a good rush and was going fastest at the end. SAM PASS was forced back in the first quarter, but came fast when hard urged in the stretch. JANE WILLIAMSON began fast and showed good speed for a half mile, but tired badly thereafter. NELLIE BALLOT raced as if much the best, was away prominently and when called on moved into a good lead and won as her rider pleased. ARCn QUEEN had to race wide for most of the way, but held on gamely when hard ridden during the stretch and just lasted for second place. FACILITY was away slowly and far out of it after the first quarter, hut gained steadily though racing wide and finished with a rush. MAZZ1E began tiring badly in the last eighth. ESSIE, under a poor ride, suffered much by interference. FLORA LEVY quit badly. Scratched — 30472 Bridge Party, 90. Overweights — Uncles Miss, 3 pounds; Rosette, 1. Corrected weight— Essie, 108. CHEROKEE MAID came fast at the end. MISS ROSEDALE was away poorly and tired badly. GERMAINE CHAUVELOT was raced into exhaustion by her rider and was eased in the last seventy vards.
