OMAHA RACING IN DANGER OMAHA, Neb., June 5. — Several officers of Ak-Sar-Ben Exposition Co., who journeyed to Lincoln this morning for a conference with Governor Weaver and States Attorney Soren-son, returned this afternoon and reported that the states attorney had stated that he would not interfere with the pari-mutuel wagering now in use at the Omaha races during the next few days, but that he intended to test the legality of the law under which racing is being conducted at Ak-Sar-Ben field and would make an effort to repeal the same as soon as possible. «
