FAIRMOUNT S LICENSE PAID SPRINGFIELD, 111., May 1. The Illinois state treasury was enriched, yesterday when a certified check for 22,500 was paid by the Fairmount Jockey Club for its license fee for the forty-nine-day meeting to be held at Fairmount Park from May 10 to July 5.
