DEVONSHIRE PARK BANKRUPT TORONTO, Ont., Jan. 29. On the petition C. A. Pfeffer of Detroit, Western Racing Association, which operates the Devonshire Park track in Windsor, was this afternoon declared bankrupt at Osgoode Hall. The claim was in respect to a judgment obtained against the association by W. R. Woollatt, who assigned it to Charles P. ONeill, and further assigned by him to Pfeffer. Trusts and Guarantee Company, Ltd., was appointed custodian.
