FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES William E. Delaney, associated with Tom and Jack Young in the ownership of a number of horses at the Fair Grounds, is expected back from eastern Kentucky, where he was called by business matters. Marcus Dewese, seventeen, and a native of Findlay, Ohio, had his first mount when he rode Babble at the Fair Grounds Thursday. Dewese is under contract to Mrs. H. Pyne, who has a number of horses here in care of W. G. Wilson. 1 1
