VETERAN SOON TO RETIRE AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Jan. 29. It is feared that Alexander Pantages, consistent handicap horse below the border for several years, may have run his last race. He failed to cool out satisfactorily after his recent sprint race and may be retired.
