. . . . L I - . ANNOUNCES SCHOOLING HOURS NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 29. William Hamilton, starter at the Fair Grounds, today announced that schooling will be continued daily except Sunday at both Jefferson Park and the Fair Grounds through the remainder of the winter. Schooling at Jefferson Park will be from 8 to 9 a. r, and at the Fair Grounds from 10 to 11 a. m. Hamilton again warned horsemen that all horses twice refusing to start from the stalls, will be expelled from further starting during the Fair Grounds meeting.
