KENTUCKY ADOPTS OPEN RULE LEXINGTON, Ky., Feb. 5. The Kentucky State Racing Commission at its last meeting held here, adopted the "open" claiming rule so popular in New York and Maryland, and recently adopted by the Louisiana Jockey Club for the racing at the Fair Grounds, New Orleans. The new claiming rule is to go into effect at all the meetings held in Kentucky during 1932.
