r----------------------------t I NO CHANGE IN STAKE VALUES AT H0MEW00D 4 The American Derby of 1932 will in all probability be run on. June 18 this year and there will be no change in the .stake policy of the Washington Park Jockey Club. All stakes will remain the same as in 1931, the added money being indentical with that of last year. Colonel Matt Winn is busy at present shaping up the stakes and purse races for the coming meeting at Homewood, also with the details of preparing the course for the season. The announcement that there will be no cut in the value of the stake offering met with the instant approval of horse owners. The American Derby will carry its usual added value of 0,000, and the other features, such as the Robert M. Sweitzer Handicap, Washington Park Handicap, Thomas Curran Memorial and Illinois Stakes, among others, will offer the same worthwhile prizes as in more prosperous years.
