ENTRY OF RAUCONA BARRED AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 5 The Agua Caliente stewards issued the following ruling today: "The further entry of the mare Raucona is refused as an unmanageable post actor." By Order of the Stewards. Raucona has delayed the start in practically every race in which she has been entered. All efforts to get her to behave have failed.
