REAGIN RESIGNS AS CHAIRMAN TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 6. L. D. Reagin has resigned f rorrr the chairmanship of the Florida Racing Commission, and R. B. Burdine of Miami succeeds him in the office. Mr. Reagin continues as a member of the commission. Mr. Reagin gave as his reason for resigning the pressure of personal business at his home in Sarasota. The present meeting of the commission has to do with the dog tracks of the state, and there is a threat that some of them may be suspended before the governing body is through with its present session,
