PASSEROS CONDITION CRITICAL MIAMI, Fla., Feb. 6 The condition of jockey J. Passero, who was injured in an automobile accident returning from Hialeah Park to his residence in Miami Friday afternoon, is reported by hospital officials as critical. At Jackson Memorial Hospital, to which he was removed, it was learned that the Brookmeade Stable rider suffered a broken arm, a possible fracture of the skull and internal injuries. Jockey "Sonny" Workman, who visited Passero at the hospital at noon, said that the latter was conscious and able to speak briefly to visitors, but the full extent of the injuries were not known as yet.
