C. T. FISHER NAMES CEE TEE Clyde Van Dusen to Prepare Dixiana s Kentucky Derby Eligible for Big Race. LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 8. Charles T. Fisher, noted auto body manufacturer and proprietor of the historic Dixiana Farm, has named the good colt Cee Tee for the Kentucky Derby. Cee Tee was a two-year-old of much class, but was not raced excessively. He will be trained by that master hand, Clyde Van Dusen, who won the derby of 1930 with the Man o War gelding, Clyde Van Dusen. This same little horseman also sent a well-trained colt to the post for derby honors last year in the shape of Mr. Fishers Sweep All. The latter was a keen horse last Derby Day, and was the runner-up to Twenty Grand. He was easily better than Mate. Mr. Fisher will have a select number of home-bred two-year-olds under the care of Clyde Van Dusen, which will be trained at Lexington. Most of them are by High Time and Peter Hastings, sires at Dixiana. There are eighteen in all, which have been aptly named. The youngsters include Pompous Peter, chestnut gelding, by Peter Hastings Pompano Girl; In High, chestnut gelding, by High Time Indiscretion; Hasty Peter, brown gelding, by Peter Hastings Cross Play; Pre War, chestnut colt, by Man o War Sherbert; Flashing, chestnut gelding, by High Time Bandymo; Spartan Lady, chestnut filly, by Crusader Penelope; Heather Land, chestnut filly, by Crusader Highland Mary; Esseff, chestnut filly, by High Time La Belle Helene and Clinton, bay gelding, by Bubbling Over Clintonville. Other two-year-olds in the stable are High Complexion, chestnut filly, by High Time Complexion; Hasty Maiden, chestnut filly, by Peter Hastings Bristow Maid; Red Polly, chestnut filly, by Polymelian Red Gown; Captains Lady, brown filly, by Captain Al-cock Shining Mark; Upsets Lassie, chestnut filly, by Upset Admirals Lassie; Missie, chestnut filly, by General Lee Castanet; Elegy, bay filly, by In Memoriam Miss Jemima; The Bigamist, bay gelding, by Sir Martin or Peter Hastings Caracena and Pilion, bay colt, by Pillory Mary King.
