PLUCKY PLAY DECLARED OUT AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 19. Plucky Play, star of Norman Churchs Northway Stable, is officially out of the 0,000 added Agua Caliente Handicap. This announcement was made last night by Tdm-mie Gorman, assistant general manager of the Agua Caliente race track. Rains in the North have so retarded Plucky Plays training that trainer "Woody" Fitzgerald advised Church against trying to get the racer ready. Phar Lap, the "red terror" of the Antipodes, was on the track this morning and worked three-quarters in 1:26. He seemed to like the heavy going.
