SNYDER RESIGNS POSITION NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 19. E. L. Snyder has resigned as trainer of the Four Stock Farm Stable and will race a few horses under his own colors. He purchased Herendeen and Dizzy from Shandon Farm this morning and may acquire one or two others before leaving for northern racing points.
