DEATH OF TOMMY COSTIGAN MONTREAL, Que., May 20.— Montreal racing circles learned with keen regret today of the death of Tommy Costigan, well known Montreal racing mutuel manager, who died at his home here last night after a brief illness. He was 44 years of age, and is survived by his widow, formerly Miss Anesie Henry of Montreal. The late Mr Costigan had for years been in charge of the mutuel departments at the Kings Park and Mount Royal tracks.
