NEW SUN, saving ground while racing forwardly, finished resolutely and wore down SINGING HEART midway of the stretch and outlasted BROAD LIGHTS. The latter, a factor throughout, held on gamely. SINGING HEART showed early speed, saved ground and held on gamely under, punishment. SEEMEGO tired after challenging in the first half mile. SCOTCH BLOSSOM finished resolutely. FAIR SPEED worked his way up on the outside. ZEAL met interference on the second turn. BY PRODUCT raced wide throughout. BABOO quit after five-eighths. MONOCLE lacked early speed. LOCARA was pinched back in the stretch. BLACK LIGHTNING quit badly, as did STAR PLAY.
