ROSELYS raced LUCKY STONE into early defeat, then tired after drawing into a good lead. CUDGELDOE finished gamely under urging. CHATHAM QUEEN, was away slowly and raced better than the chart shows. FREETHINKER was forced wide all the way. PRINCELY PAL finished resolutely after starting slowly. PROBATE and LUCKY STONE quit. AUTUMN BLOOM had a lot taken out of him racing HAT BRUSH into defeat and tired badly in the closing eighth. SKIRT closed a good gap. STRETCHER, DONATE, HAT BRUSH and JUSTA QUEEN quit.
