H. M. WOOLF TO RETIRE KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 23. Owing to business pressure Herbert M. Woolf, local patron plans to dispose of his large racing stable and retire from racing for the time being. Mr. Woolf, who was practically a new comer to racing a few years ago, invested heavily in thoroughbreds and at present has a large breeding farm near here, which he states he will continue to operate. Mr. "Woolf has disposed of many of his horses in training at the present Riverside meeting and his intentions are to sell whenever the opportunity presents. At present a division of his stable is racing at Chicago in charge of B. A. Jones.
