DUFFERIN PARK TURF NOTES ! $ s C. Ferraro is anxious to get in touch with relatives of the late John Naylor, who was buried Wednesday morning at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, in Toronto. Naylor was in the employ of Ferraro as a groom and it is thought that he had relatives in Kentucky. The Thorncliffe Stable was shipped to Hamilton Thursday morning. The Erindale Stable disposed of the plater Tryon to Frank Gilpin at private sale. Len Sweep, Horatia, Bokie B., and Tricky Colonel are the latest additions to the schooling list. Jockey A. Yerrat will depart for Doryal Park Friday night, where he will ride for-the stable of J. Cattarinich. He is slated to pilot Logwood in his stake engagement at that course. Thundle and Marys May, the property of B. Madeira, will be shipped to Fort Erie Friday. Frank- Garrett is sending Gerard to the same course. Condition books for the Kenilworth meeting at Windsor will be available- for horsemen Friday. Cambridge, a carded starter in the open--ing race, was taken ill with colic while in the paddock for the first race, making necessary his being" scratched. The money was refunded on all mutuel tickets sold on the ten-year-old gelding.
