GREENTREE BUYS MARE NEW YORK, N. Y., Sept. 26 At private terms the Greentree Stable purchased from J. P. White the Irish-bred mare Alice W. She is by Salmon Trout and was bred to Cudgel this spring. The mare will be shipped to Kentucky to join the brood mares at the farm.
