The latter, outrun for the first half, gained steadily and closed resolutely. BAG O ROSES, under occasional pressure, held on evenly. ALICE AMINE had no mishaps. BOUNDING DEEP was outrun. ABSTAIN, reserved in the early stages, moved up when urged, but was no menace to the first three. SYDKA quit. NISIA was done after a quarter. SAWDUST gave way suddenly after a quarter.
