SHAKER LADY began slowly, lost ground until the stretch was reached, then closed fastest of all. CAYUGA showed speed under hard urging, but tired in the final eighth. LONELL had no mishaps. HIGH DIVER closed boldly. CHESTNUT TREE and BIMINI quit badly after showing good speed for half a mile. CLASBYS CHOICE had speed under a hustling ride, could not withstand the winner, but was best of the others. BARASHKOVA, under pressure from the start, lost ground and swerved badly in the stretch, where he weakened. ROXIE WEIDEL never threatened. LAST ATTEMPT had speed for five-eighths.
