NARROW ESCAPE FOR WORKMAN LlAUREL, Md., Oct. 12. The crack jockey R. "Sonny" Workman had a narrow escape from injury while breezing C. V. Whitneys Step Sister this morning:. The two-year-old daughter of Broomstick and Rapture bolted into the fence, but Workman in falling landed on his feet and ducked away from her flying heels. He was none the worse for his experience.
