FELLOWS SKULL FRACTURED TORONTO, Ont., Oct. 12. Jockey F. Fellows, who suffered a fall in the closing race at Long Branch Tuesday while astride Baltimore, is still unconscious. Reports from the Toronto General Hospital is to the effect that his condition is slightly improved and his recovery is now expected. Fellows suffered a fractured skull when hit by one of the trailing horses. He was probably tho lightest rider on the Canadian turf, scaling around eighty pounds and his contract is held by Arthur Brent.
