ENGLISH DISQUALIFICATION Special Cablegram. NEWMARKET, England, Oct. 13. The Aga Khans Felicitation today was declared winner of the Middle Park Stakes, for two-year-olds, after Lord Woolavingtons Manitoba, which finished first, was disqualified by the judges. Felicitation finished second, three-quarters of a length behind Manitoba. The disqualification moved Lord Durhams Scarlet Tiger into second place and Lieut-Col. Giles Loders Mannering into third place.
