1 SPORTSMANS PARK NOTES j . ; Lightning Jones had the f irstjnount of his career on a half-mile track when he rode Eatemup in the first race at Sportsmans Park Thursday. Leo Ruzicka is handling the book of jockey Tracy Reno. The Illinois Central train to Sportsmans Park will leave Van Buren Street station Saturday at 1 oclock instead of the usual week-day time of 1:15. Jockey G. Horn was suspended for the remainder of the meeting for an unsatisfactory ride on Pollys Folly in the fifth race Wednesday. Condition books for the third and last week of the meeting were distributed among the horsemen. Jockey J. McLaren resumed riding Thursday after a slight indisnosition.
