SCHANK LEAVES FOR CHICAGO NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 15. Following a weeks visit, John C. Schank, head of the Chicago Business Mens Racing Association and Crescent City Jockey Club, returned to Chicago. Mr. Schank is very active in the affairs of the Crescent City Jockey Club, which has taken over the Fair Grounds, and will return here within a short time to remain through the winter.
