CHURCH HORSES ON RANCH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Nov. 15. The horses of Norman W. Church, headed by the great three-year-old Gallant Sir, winner of the Latonia Championship, arrived in California from the East Sunday in charge of trainer E. L. Fitzgerald. The animals stood the trip in excellent shape and are now quartered at the Church Ranch near San Jose, where they will be given a brief rest before being shipped to Agua Caliente, where Gallant Sir is the likely favorite for the rich Agua Caliente Handicap. Jockey George Woolf, outstanding western rider, arrived with the stable.
