TURNER IN GOOD STANDING NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 15. At a meeting of the stewards of The Jockey Club held recently with chairman Woodward presiding, routine matters were discussed. E. D. Springer who was granted a temporary license at Empire City was confirmed with a warning. Clarence Turner, -whose application for a trainer license Manh 16 of this year was tabled, was placed in good standing.
