SUN MATE unseated his rider on the way to the post, bolted riderless through the outer rail and fell heavily over the inner iron fence, was recaptured and led back to the post. HULA came fast next to the rail in the last quarter. MONNIE lost much ground on the stretch turn. WINGO and LINMAST ruined their chances by going wide on the stretch turn. TRYABIT was also carried out at the same time. It was not a truly run race.
