1 HAMILTON, 0NT., NOTES $, William F. Morrissey reported that his good filly Mintwina came out of her engagement at Hamilton Thursday badly distressed. It was discovered upon examination by Dr. J. H. Black that several ligaments were torn $ loose during the running, but fortunately no bones were broken. Mintwina went amiss .. just as she completed the distance of six and one-half furlongs. She will not be raced again this season, according to her owner.
