J B CAMPBELL RACING SECRETARY AT BOWIE BALTIMORE Md May 12 The Southern Maryland Jockey Club which operates Prince Georges Park at Bowie announced the appointment of John B Campbell as racing secretary for future meetings to be staged at that course Mr Campbell will take up his duties at the fall meeting in November to succeed Charles J McLellan Mr Campbell in the interim will serve in a like capacity at Woodbine Park and Arling ¬ ton Park
