JAMES KENNEDY PASSES ON ONNEW NEW YORK N Y June 14 James Ken ¬ nedy one of the veterans of racing and for many years associated with Bob Kennedy in the ring died at his residence 11007 Seventythird Road Forest Hills L I Thursday night He had been ailing for some time Death was attributed to penumonia He hailed from St Louis and is survived by a widow and one son Funeral services will be held at St Marys Church Forest Hills Saturday morning at 10 oclock and the body will be shipped to St Louis for Inter ¬ ment
