PREPARING DADE PARK OWENSBORO Ky June 8 With the granting of dates by the Kentucky State Racing Commission for the twelfth annual summer race meeting at Dade Park prep ¬ arations are already under way at the Owensboro offices of the Dade Park Jockey Club for what is expected by the officials to be the most successful season in the history of the western Kentucky track The meet ¬ ing will run twentysix days this summer starting Saturday August 3 and continuing through Labor Day Monday September 2 James C Ellis president of the Dade Park Jockey Club and owner of Dade Park and Lester E Yeager associate manager say an unusually attractive racing program will be offered throughout the meeting
