OMAHA COMING FOR CLASSIC First and Probably Only Appearancei Appearanceiin in Chicago Will be at Arlington ArlingtonPark Park Saturday July 20 Officials of the Arlington Park Jockey Club Saturday were notified by William Woodward chairman of The Jockey Club and owner of the Belair Stud that hislcrack threeyearold Omaha winner of Ihe Ken ¬ tucky Derby Preakness and Belmont Stakes would make his first and probably only ap ¬ pearance in the Middle West this season in the Classic Stakes which is to be run at the north side course on Saturday July 20 20Omaha Omaha is following closely the schedule adopted by his illustrious sire Gallant Fox which estableshed himself as the threyeaj old champion of 1930 in the Classic after having swept through the Kentucky Derby Preakness Belmont and Dwyer Stakes The latter event is Omahas next in competi ¬ tion with threeyearolds and then he leaves Aqueduct for Arlington Park ParkThe The appearance of Omaha in the Classic is expected by Arlington officials to make that event the high light of the Chicago racing season this year Already tnariy res ¬ ervations for hox seats have been received and word comes from Omaha Neb that many special parties are being organized for a trip here to see the citys namesake in action Chances are excellent that a sufficient number of persons will be coming from Omaha that the Chicago North ¬ western Railroad will operate a special train right to the track
