E P BARNES SUSPENDED DAYTQN Ohio June 19 E P Barnes of Grove City Ohio Wednesday was sus ¬ pended by stewards of the Dayton Jockey Club and his case was referred to the Ohio State Racing Commission when the report of a saliva test on the horse Noel B showed strong traces of narcotics The test on the horse which died later in the day was made after the second race on Monday June 17 from which even the sixyearold was ordered withdrawn by the stewards after it ran away several miles during the parade to the post Money wagered on Noel B was refunded
