DETROIT TURF NOTES $, e B. J. Hill, who has several horses here in charge of Robert Bolton, arrived from his home at Dallas, Texas. He expects to remain until the end of the meeting. Jockey George Woolf came over from Chicago. He was selected as the rider for Azucar in the Challenge Cup. The division of the Mrs. A. M. Creech stable that Monte Parke has here will be shipped to Narragansett Friday. Sam Orr is sending his small stable at the same time. Apprentice Charles Stevenson, leading rider of the meeting, will accompany the Creech stable to the Rhode Island track. Emmett Potts is shipping the Bomar Stable to Arlington Park Saturday, and Alex Wilson is sending the Fred M. Alger stable to that point Sunday. I. J. Collins Paradisical and Bushmaster will be shipped to Thistle Downs Saturday. Paradisical was named for the Ohio Derby.
