RUSHAWAY SHOWS NO III EFFECTS FROM CAMPAIGN . ........ 4 LATONIA, Ky.f May 25. A. G.. Tarns Rushaway, winner of two Derbys in twenty-four hours, came out of his last engagement the 5,000 added Latonia Derby Saturday, none the worse for his history-making feat. Winner of the Illinois Derby at Aurora, on the previous afternoon, Rushaway scored a one-sided victory in the.jDerby here and afterwards cooled out nicely as if he might be ready for another engagement of equal importance on a moments notice. Tarn and Johnny Longden. who rode the son of Haste in both Derbys, left here Saturday night for Rockingham Park, but-the horse was left behind. Tarn at first was going to ship the horse to New England but later changed his mind. It is. believed that Rushaways next engagement will be in the Detroit Derby. Rushaway .will remain here until word is received from Tarn. Several other starters in the Latonia Derby got away Sunday for Hawthorne. They were E. R. Bradleys Bow and Arrow; W. E. Schmidts Holl Image, and H. H. Cross Songmaker.
