LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS Chuck Parke, among the jockeys at the top. of the list in American riding: circles, had the best record last week with five winners, but they were not enough to enable him to pass J. Nolan, the present leader who has ninety winners to his credit; Parke lacked four winners of first place, but his last weeks winning mounts did enable him to move up several notches in the standing. Five riders at present are within easy reach of the lead. Johnny Gilbert scored with eight horses to take last weeks honors and is slowly but surely moving toward the top.
