HEELFLY WORKS ONE MILE ARLINGTON DOWNS, Texas, April 1. Heelfly, crack Waggoner three-year-old, worked one mile in 1:44, handily, all the way over a slow track, and the time is something to smile about. The Royal Ford colts fractional time was: :26, :51, 1:17, and 1:44 for the mile. Al Craig, Three Ds contract rider, was up on the colt, and the veteran turf attaches commented on the fact that the thoroughbred seemed to be galloping well throughout and appeared to like his work.
