TAKE PURSE FROM JUSTA PLAY CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 1. The protest lodged by P. O. Anderson against R. L. Hannas six-year-old brown mare, Justa Play, which was winner of the first race at Tropical Park on Tuesday, March 23, was upheld by the stewards of the Gables Racing Association and the purse awarded to Hermanita, which finished second in the silks of L. F. Anderson. Conditions of the race stipulated that the three-quarters event was for non-winners since January 12 and it developed that Justa Play was a winner since that time, having won at Oriental Park in Havana, Cuba, and consequently was ineligible. The betting was not affected.
