REAL JAM forced the pace from the break, disposed of BARBIZON rounding the far turn, responded to pressure in the stretch run while bearing out and held CLEAN SPORT safe in the final drive. CLEAN SPORT was well up and under steadying restraint on the inside, made a determined bid in the final eighth, but then hung. FELWYN moved up under urging on the outside of the leader rounding the stretch turn and made a determined bid when straightened out, then finished with good courage. RELATIVITY had no mishaps in the running. DARLING PAT raced evenly. BARBIZON showed a flash of early speed. KTWO dropped back after the break. QUEEN NADI dropped out of contention after the start and was outrun. LITTLE ARGO was close up from the start and responded to urging entering the stretch, then finished with good courage, wore down COSETTE and outlasted ZEBULO in the final drive. The latter, on the outside of the leaders rounding the far turn, lost ground turning for home, but came again in the final eighth and finished fast. KOTERITO was slow to begin and was outrun early, then made up ground steadily and finished fast at the end. COSETTE was rushed into command after the break, showed early speed, saved ground at the turns, but faltered under urging at the end. DISTRACT showed an even effort throughout. MISS EPE bore in sharply going to the far turn and caused some crowding, then drew away, but tired suddenly near the end. CAREFUL MISS began slowly and was outrun. The latter, .a forward factor from the start, came through on the inside entering the stretch, assumed command for a few strides near the sixteenth post and then held on well. NEW DEAL was outrun in the early running, improved his position steadily and finished with a rush on the outside. WESTON raced forwardly in the early running, was under urging in the early stages, but tired at the end. SPEED TO SPARE was rushed into command after the break, showed early speed and then quit. BILLY BEE faltered after going a half mile. RUDIE could not menace the leaders and was not persevered with when he faltered. The latter improved his position steadily, made up ground rounding the far turn and was wearing the winner down at the finish. COUNT ME was eased back going to the far turn and was sent up on the outside, bore out in the stretch and then came again at the finish. MAD FRUMP came to the outside of the leader nearing the stretch, assumed a brief lead, but then faltered. MAKEIT raced forwardly throughout and had no mishaps. DORMIDO began slowly.
