ERNST BUYS RAMSEY FARM LEXINGTON Ky May 11 A C Ernst of Cleveland Ohio of the noted accountancy firm of Ernst and Ernst will set up his own thoroughbred horse breeding establishment on 190 acres of land purchased for 40000 from Col E R Bradley master of Idle Hour Farm The land known as the Ram ¬ sey Farm adjoins Idle Hour Farm on the west and was purchased by Colonel Bradley in 1928 It has a residence and one large barn It is to be improved for the new owner who has a number of horses in training under J H Skirvin
