CARRUTHERS SELLS FARM LEXINGTON Ky May 11 Howard Oots noted breeder owner and trainer and master of Fayette Farm has purchased Fort Springs Farm of 130 acres from Roy Car ruthers principal owner of the stock in Fort Springs Farm Inc This place is on the Rice Road and lies opposite the rear entrance of Keeneland racing grounds It is just across the road from Oots private stable at Keener land In addition to a superintendents house it has a training stable of thirtytwo stalls and a smaller one of eight stalls and a number of paddocks
